Error message "Maximum rows exceeded" when exporting data to excel in versions prior to 8.1

Issue/Introduction

Symptom
========

Resource Planning : Workloads > Export To Excel > produces error: Maximum rows exceeded.
Filter your list to 2000 rows or less before exporting to Excel.
The list to be exported only has a few rows because a filter has been applied.

Steps to Reproduce
====================

1. Go to the Main Application Navigation Menu > Resource Planning
2. Expand Filter and apply some criteria to reduce the list results to a small number of records (less than 2000-- i.e. generate a result set of approximately 10 records)
3. From the [-Action-] pull-down menu, select 'Export to Excel'

Expected : I should see the result set exported to excel

Actual : Instead an alert message shows "Maximum rows exceeded. Filter your list to 2000 rows or less before exporting to Excel."

The result set has already been filtered; it should not show this message.

Solution:

This issue was resolved in version 8.1.x and it is available for download from our Support Portal.
