Description:

WebSphere IMSBus and Messaging Queue Error:

Exception: com.ibm.ws.sib.msgstore.PersistenceException: CWSIS1500E: The dispatcher cannot accept work.

Solution:

This error indicates a problem with the IMSBus and Messaging Queue.
This is a known/fixed Websphere Bug.
