Issue/Introduction

Description:

How can I disable the Insight "Release Highlights" from coming up every time I sign on?

Solution:

Make certain that the Profile dataset that is being allocated in the INSIGHT clist "ALLOC DDNAME(INSPROF)..." statement is the correct version. Also, make certain that the Profile dataset (VSAM KSDS) has been allocated with the attributes stated in the IDB2SYS post-install job. If you are using the VTAM User Interface instead of the TSO option, verify the INSPROF DD in the VTAM User PROC is pointing to the correct Profile dataset.
