Description:
When selecting the Report Center tab on the eHealth web interface, the user receives the following error message:
Cognos Business Intelligence
The Cognos Gateway is unable to connect to the Cognos BI server. The server may be unavailable, or the gateway may not be correctly configured.
Solution:
- Verify that Report Center processes/services are running. If not, start them:
Solaris: nhReportCenter start
Windows: start the eHealth ReportCenter:9301 service
- If the service was running but access to the Report Center tab fails, shut down the processes/service and go to step 3.
- Verify that Report Center processes are not active and run the following two commands:
nhRptCtrConfig -action importConfig
nhRptCtrConfig -action updateDatabaseAccess
