Steps to Recreate:

  1. Create a process to manually start that locks all attributes on an idea
  2. Create a new idea and populate the required attribute with a value
  3. Save the new idea and submit for approval
  4. Approve the idea
  5. Manually start the process
  6. Verify all fields are locked
  7. Convert the idea to a project (all fields should be locked on the create project screen)
  8. Submit

Expected Result: Project to be created
Actual Result: Project is not created, receive error "All required fields need to be filled out.: even though they all have values.

Solution:

Workaround:
Do not lock the attributes on the idea(s).
