We are installing the Luminex TAPELESS MAINFRAME BACKUP & DISASTER RECOVERY from Luminex Software Inc.

Does CA Dynam/T for z/VSE support it?

Resolution

There is no official CA-supported interface with the Luminex system. However, Luminex does supply a message exit for CA Dynam/T which some users have reported as working well.

Users report that Luminex had them set the DTOPTION MSGHOOK to 'CADTXLUM'. This allows Luminex to intercept CA Dynam/T issued mount messages.
