Unable to add new Gen Procedure Step to a Batch Job

Issue/Introduction

When trying to add a new Gen Procedure step to an existing batch job on the Batch packaging menu, the OK button is not available/greyed out.
Is there a limitation to the number of Procedure Steps that can be added to a Batch Job?

Resolution

There is no limitation to the number of Procedure Steps that can be added to a Batch Job. Check the scoping of the Procedure Step in the checked out subset.

Additional Information

The behavior is due to the scoping of the Procedure Step in the checked out subset.
If the OK Button is disabled, it means there would be a protection violation if the Procedure Step was able to be selected.
