After configuring Service Catalog for NTLM/SSO (single sign-on) I am still directed to http://<hostname>:<port>/usm/wpf?Node=icguinode.login.

Issue/Introduction

Description:

After configuring Service Catalog for NTLM/SSO (single sign-on) as per page 87 of the Service Catalog Implementation Guide, I am still directed to http://<hostname>:<port>/usm/wpf?Node=icguinode.login when accessing: http://<hostname>:<port>

Solution:

You MUST disable 'Enable Single Sign On Authentication' under the Authentication section of Administration -> Configuration.

This property should ONLY be enabled when configuring NTLM authentication with Apache Load Balancer.
