Issue/Introduction

Description:

When upgrading to CA View 11.6 without upgrading CA Deliver, an S806 abend for missing module EB6IFP or S047 abnormal function termination when trying to access a CA Deliver report will occur.

Solution:

After upgrading from CA View 11.0 or 11.5 to CA View 11.6 and leaving CA Deliver at 11.0 or 11.5, you may receive the following error messages:

CSV003I REQUESTED MODULE EB6IFP NOT FOUND
CSV028I ABEND806-04 JOBNAME=PSCZCHG STEPNAME=IKJATECH

As we have noted in the "Compatibility with Prior Releases" section of the CA View 11.6 Release Notes, if prior releases of CA Deliver will be running
on your systems, R11.6 compatibility PTFs must be applied as follows:

• If you are running Deliver r11.0/EBC r11.0, then apply PTFs RO19371 and RO12652.
• If you are running Deliver r11.5/EBC r11.5, then apply PTFs RO19402 and RO13763.
