Issue/Introduction

Description:

There are instances where eHealth will be running but the Tomact Service will not stay on
Causing the following message in the Web and OneClick

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The service is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Apache12.2.12 (Win32) mod_jk/1.2.18 Service at <servername> Port 80

This can be caused by corrupted missing files in the eHealth\web\tomcat

Solution:

Copy the Tomcat folder from a working system on the same platform, patch etc and replace on the problem system.

NOTE: There are certain system specific files which may need to be edited such as

web.xml
context.xml

located in eHealth\web\tomcat\conf

The Tomcat folder should contain the following folders:

bin
common
conf
logs
server
temp
webapps
work
