How to remove message "Unable to find valid SharePoint Agent license" when Sharepoint Agent no longer used?

Issue/Introduction

Description:

We no longer use Sharepoint Agent but we still find license warnings like this in our webagent.log file:
[32037/1124398443][Fri Jul 01 2011 13:21:57][SPPlugin.cpp:933][INFO] License check return status -2. *Unable to find valid SharePoint Agent license.*

Solution:

The SharePoint agent during install automatically adds a new SPPlugin plug-in file to webagent.conf.

Removing the plug-in from the WebAgent.conf file removes the license message.
