Description:

The .xml files, e.g. acf2/tss_config.xml files are coded in ASCII mode and are not by the way readable as they are.

What is the best way to view/browse and/or modify/edit them?

Solution:

The best and easiest way to achieve that is probably to use the 3.17 TSO option.
