The SDM Reports tab displays the error message ' (Error; INF)' and as a result the reports do not display. How do you resolve this error?


The problem will occur when the JAR file that the Tomcat creates was not loaded to the temporary folder appropriately. In order to load the JAR file correctly, it is necessary to remove the cache file in the temporary folder on the BOXI server and recycle the Tomcat service as follows:

  1. Stop the "Apache Tomcat 5.5.20" service via services.msc.

  2. Delete all files and folders in the following path:

    <BOXI installation drive>\Program Files\CA\SC\CommonReporting3\Tomcat55\work\Catalina\localhost

  3. Start the "Apache Tomcat 5.5.20" service via the services.msc.
