IBM VTS tapes are not using their full capacity.

Issue/Introduction

Description:

These virtual tapes are able to hold 4 GB. We are barely able to get one DASD volume on one tape.

Solution:

The tapes in the VTS were set to a capacity of 800 MB and VM:Tape was just issuing the correct MODESET which does not indicate a VM:Tape problem.
