Issue/Introduction

Description:

In a variety of situations (particularly when an MSM technical issue is being handled by CA Technical Support), it may be necessary to quickly determine the MSM release and build level.

Solution:

To determine the MSM release and build level, simply click the 'About' link in the very right bottom of the GUI pages.
