CA-AP NM GATEWAY SERVER won't start

See the below error in the logs:

13:13:44.81 S0 P5748 T5760 C=0 Sev=E JNIDLL::NmGatewaySrv.start> Unable to retrieve RMI host name due to the following error : access denied (java.util.PropertyPermission java.rmi.server.hostname read)

Verified 8.3 name resolution for path shortnames. Check registry setting for: NtfsDisable8dot3NameCreation.

Update the value to '0'. Reboot and retry the operation.
