Cause

Alpha-numeric SUFFIX is entered in the Data Collector JCL without quotes.

Resolution

This message usually appears when an alpha-numeric SUFFIX is entered in your Data Collector without quotes. Change the SUFFIX as below:

From: SUFFIX=0T        To: SUFFIX='0T'

The note in the documentation of the "PARMLIB/XMAN/XNET Parameters" states:

"If you specify a non-numeric value, include the value in single quotation marks. For example, 'XX'."
