Description:
Generated Spectrum Report Manager (SRM) reports such as Availability and Asset reports show duplicate entries for many of the devices listed in the report.
Solution:
This situation can occur if there are multiple instances of the same user name within Spectrum OneClick which vary only in case.
For example; test and Test or SPECTRUM and spectrum
Launch the OneClick console and select the Users tab, check to see if there are multiple usernames listed which vary only in case.
If so, delete one of the above duplicate users from within OneClick and then generate the report again.
You will not see the duplicate entries in the generated report.
Note: You cannot remove the install owner without reinstalling the product, so removing the user that is not the install owner but a duplicate of that username needs to be removed in that instance.
