Issue/Introduction

Description:

This message is written to the PKG1UTILOUT.txt file in the deploy_products folder.

Solution:

The LE Options on the system maybe redirecting MSGFILE to SYSPRINT rather than SYSOUT which would result in SYSPRINT already being in use.

If this is the case specify MSGFILE(SYSOUT,FBA,121,0,NOENQ) in the CEEOPTS DD in the CCISPNSV proc and try it again.
