Issue/Introduction

Description:

A web server, acting as a reverse proxy server, and located in the US, is pointing to a Policy Server in Europe.

Would the time difference or distance creates some problem?

Solution:

Time difference is not an issue as long as servers are configured with the correct time and time zone (the one they are located in).

If the Policy Servers are far away from the proxy servers, then there might be a performance degradation that depends on the network infrastructure.
