The problem is known to occur for Service Desk Manager r12.5 CA SDM under either of the following conditions when Export is clicked on the Configuration List screen:
Solution:
Before using Export, narrow down the search results so that less than 160 CI's are returned and use a value in the 'Additional Search Arguments' field that is less than 7100 characters.
