Issue/Introduction

Description:

On windows 2008 Server, the application logs shows that the RTA has stopped working.

You will observe the following message in the Application event logs:

Description:

application start time 0x01cc1c494107b4ab.

Solution:

The solution is to add a semi-colon ';' at the end of PATH environment variable.

Add a character ';' at the end of PATH environment variable and restart service "CA Systems Performance LiteAgent".

rtaagent.exe should now be able to start without crashing.

Note: Please update the PATH variable via System Properties (sysdm.cpl) and not via the comand prompt.
