Clarity: PMBOK portlets generate Error 500 message

We have installed the PMBOK accelerator in our Clarity 12.1 environment using Oracle.

We saw that it contains many portlets that came with its installation. But on trying to see these portlets in action, we are getting the error:

Error 500 - Internal Server Error. The server could not retrieve the document due to server-configuration or other technical problems. Contact your site administrator.


The application log file shows the following details:

SQL error code: 1762
Error message: [CA Clarity][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-01762: vopdrv:
view query block not in FROM

From Oracle, this is an exception error message:

ORA-01762: vopdrv: view query block not in FROM
Cause: This is an internal error message not normally issued.
Action: Contact Oracle Support Services.


Obtain from Oracle a patch for bug 9620994 and have your Database Administrator implement this patch.
