Issue/Introduction:

Description:

When trying to install ESP System Agent R7 on Windows 2008, the installer exits with this error:

No entry found: MakeExecutableAction_zg_ia_sf.jar
Status: FATAL ERROR

Solution:

The installer for original ESP System Agent R7 is not compatible with Windows 2008 operating system.

Please download and use new agent installer. The patch number is: RO06015.
