The SYSLOG data is not displayed when executing the SYSLOG command although the STATUS SYSLOG command displays an active SYSLOG STC.

Use the JOBSUM command to display the SYSLOG jobs in the JES queues.

The problem occurs when there are SYSLOG jobs in the OUTPUT queue in hold status or in the PURGE queue in status awaiting to be purged.

Remove of the entries which are not in the EXECUTE queue, will enable you to display the SYSLOG data with the SYSLOG command.
