WebClient doesn't display alarms for read only clients

Issue/Introduction

Spectrum Web Client will not show Alarm information for Read Only Users

Cause

OneClick Users have to be given read access to their own User Model for the Web Client to display alarm information.

Resolution

In OneClick Java Console, view the User model details tab.
