Easytrieve Report Generator, release 11.6

Resolution

When receiving an EZIOE001 error message involving a printer file, here is information on how to correct the code to eliminate the EZIOE001 message.

1. The total number of bytes for the fields on the LINE statement must be equal to or less than the LINESIZE specified for the REPORT statement if a report is being printed.
   
   
2. In addition, the total number of bytes for the fields on the LINE statement must be equal to or less than the DCB information on the PRINTER statement.
   
   
3. If the default system printer is used, please know that this is the default specified in the option file:
   

   PRINTER PRINTER F 132 58 SYSPRINT

If the default printer is used, you may change this by running job JOB06EOP in the CAIJCL library for release 11.5 or job JOB06OP2 for release 11.6 in the corresponding CBAAJCL library.
