Issue/Introduction

The following messages occur when CICS starts:

+DFHAP1203I CICSI1 Language Environment is being initialized.
TSS9410E UNKNOWN CLASSNAME (MCICSPPT) FOR SVC (RACHECK)
+DFHAP1200 CICSI1 A CICS request to the Language Environment has failed.
Reason code '0011020'.
+DFHAP1208 CICSI1 Language Environment cannot support the Cobol language.
+DFHAP1209 CICSI1 Language Environment cannot support the C/C++ languages.
+DFHAP1210 CICSI1 Language Environment cannot support the PL/I language.
+DFHAP1211I CICSI1 Language Environment initialization completed.

+DFHSI2813 CICSI1 Program DFHRCEX cannot be found.

The CICS 4.2 region does not start.

Resolution

This message is a result of not specifying the correct CICSREL parameter for the pertinent CICS release. For example, CICSREL(67) must be set for CICS 4.2. After adding 67 to the CICSREL parameter, ENF must be restarted. Once ENF is up completely, restart the CICS region.
