How to create an attachment repository for knowledge documents for use by a specific tenant?
As an administrator logon to Service Desk and go to the Administration tab.
Expand the Attachments Library, and select Repositories.
Click Create New, select the tenant, and enter a name.
In repository type dropdown select Knowledge Attachments.
Select Default checkbox.
Change upload path to NX_ROOT/site/attachments/knowledge/default/files, (added in the knowledge folder in the path).
