This technical document is in addition to the product release notes and Implementation Guide.


To install Service Desk/CMDB Web Screen Painter on a standalone windows machine, you would need to use the DVD #1 and choose to install Web Screen Painter. Once the installation is complete, on this standalone windows machine, ensure, and add if necessary, the following two parameters in the WSP install NX.env file:


Please note that these parameters are case sensitive.
