Issue/Introduction

The following article discusses how to have specific ldap imported contacts assigned to specific tenants

Environment

Release: 12.6 or higher
Component:  CA Service Desk Manager

Resolution

To get the users mapped to specific tenants while performing a 'pdm_ldap_import' the following must be done:

1. Create groups in Active Directory with contacts specific to tenants
   
   
2. In the 'Tenant Detail' page there is a field 'LDAP Tenant Group'. Map the group for the particular tenant in this field
   
   
3. Execute pdm_ldap_import. The contacts belonging to the LDAP group will automatically be assigned the corresponding tenant.
