Group email notification in Automation Point's Notification Manager

Issue/Introduction

Setting up Notification Manager group of 4 users.  All 4 users are defined in Notification Manager in a group. None of the users get  emails. When sent individually to each user, all 4 users get the email. 

Resolution

The Administrator did not select the "Notify All Active Members" setting in the group contact policy.
