There is a very rare problem where the login page for CA Process Automation becomes unusable and will display as if it were a generic page. No user is able to log in to Process Automation at this point.
This is a combination of an out of memory error and the files in the Process Automation /tmp directory becoming corrupt.

The memory problem can also initially present itself in pre 4.0 versions as the link to the Client piece in the upper right is missing.
To correct this, the following must be done:
