Description:
One of our users is having problems running reports. An error message appears when she exports her reports in Clarity.
Error Message Reads:
Your request was refused because you do not have right 'Right to Download' on report....
Solution:
This is affecting the Business Objects, Crystal Reports.
The Crystal Enterprise user account can now schedule a report to any destination that is configured.
