DB2 v10 uses a different module for date/time functions. It requires a different procedure to find the correct offset.
Beginning with v10, DB2 began using STCKE instead of STCK for dates. If you are running DB2 v10 or higher, you need to have CA Date Simulator fix TF1D300. Change the STCKFNDR job to EXEC PGM=STCKFNDX. When you receive the output listing, do a Find on DSNXVCTS. There will be several occurrences. You want the one that is associated with DSNXGRDS. For example:
