CICSLOGR command shows old loggers - How to Remove?

Issue/Introduction

We have defined three new CICSLOGR files CICSLOGP, CICSLOGT and CICSLOGV for prod, test and QA. To the best of my ability I have removed all references to CICSLOGR yet is still is displayed on the CICSLOGR panel as INACTIVE. 

How does one remove old LOGGERS from this panel display?

Cause

The control blocks that represent the loggers are in common storage.

Resolution

The next IPL should clear the inactive "CICSLOGR" entry from the display. Unfortunately, there is no way to remove them dynamically
