Issue/Introduction

First VARY DMCL NC after an upgrade gets the following on the terminal where the command is issued:

Error Auditing/Building the new DMCL. BLDR returned a status of 04. See Log.
Release Number or OPSYS ID. Changed between current DMCL and New DMCL

On Log the message DB347015 appears.

Environment

 IDMS - all supported releases

Resolution

To do the VARY DMCL NEW COPY both the current and the new DMCL must have been generated under the same release of IDMS.
