Issue/Introduction

Description:

When you import Status for an existing Legal Document or a new Legal Document including the Status using ITAM Data Importer the process fails and theStatus is not saved.

Data Importer log show the following error:

Failed to Create Record in Database for class legaldocstathist The exception message is: The given key was not present in the dictionary.

Solution:

In order to get the status created, in addition to Legal Status Value and Legal Status Date fields you also need to map a blank Source Field to Legal Document.Legal Status.Status History ID as the Destination Field.
