Issue/Introduction

Description:

Beginning Clarity Version 13.0 there was a change that forces all users to have to input their username and password every single time they access Clarity UI. The functionality to cache the username/password previously existed in prior versions of Clarity.

Solution:

This is as designed. The only possible workaround at this time is that customer could consider an SSO solution such that the login page would not even present on the screen but instead they would be automatically brought into Clarity due to the customer having set up SSO and Authentication.
