Trying to run the CA Common Services CAS9 proc to initialize a product but the initialization fails due to invalid input.
Looking at the input file (CARIMPRM) no obvious problems are recognized and none of the strange characters seen on the CAS9115I message are present in the file.
Here are the results of the execution of CAS9. Note the characters highlighted.
