Where are the Easytrieve Common Services installation steps documented with Common Services 14.1?
With Common Services 14.1 a run of a Easytrieve Common Services report gets following LMPKey messages:

Resolution
As documented, Common Services r14.1 no longer delivers a Easytrieve Common Services, so in its place the full Easytrieve Report Generator Product Package is made available.

The install documentation of Easytrieve Common Services is no longer in the CA Common Services Installation Guide.
It is now documented in the Easytrieve Report Generator r11.6 Installation Guide.
Appendix B: Installing Easytrieve Report Generator When Packaged With Common Services.
For customers that are not licensed for the full product and need to continue to utilize Easytrieve as a common report generator, then the following Easytrieve Report Generator PTFS need to be installed:
