Description:
On some WIndows 2003 hosts when we try to install AC R12.6 SP1 EndPoint, the install will first try and install the MS Visual C++2005 distributional DDL's and might fail.

And the InstallShield will display an error: The Wizard was interrupted before CA Access Control could be completely installed.
Solution:
The solution is to browse the installation DVD and to manually run:
\X86\ISSETUPPREREQUISITES\{A0D7ED43-FCB4-4B3D-A456-987C7A41283C}\VCREDIST_X86.EXE
After this, we can run the Install again - and it will work without a problem.
