Issue/Introduction

Status	Description
OPHELD	Jobset/Job in operator HOLD status
CANCEL	Jobset/Job canceled by operator
BKLCAN	Jobset/Job canceled due to BACKLOG=NO
SCHED	Jobset/Job has not been reviewed by Monitor daemon for time of predecessors
WSTART	Jobset/Job is waiting for early start time
WPRED	Jobset/Job is waiting for predecessors to complete
WMANU	Job is waiting for manual START
WRSRC	Job is waiting for resources
SUBPR	Job is in process of being submitted
SUBMIT	Job has been submitted but has not started
SUBFL	Attempt to submit Job failed
START	Jobset/Job is currently running
FAILED	Job failed to run properly
ABORT	Job has aborted
INTRUP	END must be issued to mark Job as completed
COMPL	Jobset/Job has completed normally
