Not Generating alerts for few interfaces

Issue/Introduction

Alerts not generated even though crosses Thresholds for few interfaces. 

Environment

Ehealth is a stand alone servers.It is not in cluster . Windows 2008 R2 Ehelath Version is 6.3.2.07

Cause

" Monitor in Live Exceptions" option has been disabled for few interfaces . Even though correct profile has been created with the right element type and also the variable with desired threshold it was not generating the alerts. 

Resolution

Edited the interface and " Monitor in Live Exceptions" option has been enabled and wait for successive polls. Alarms should be generated sucessfully. When a group has been created and profile has been associated to this group, if the option has been disabled for the interface we dont see alarms.
