Export button does not display the data which has more than 5000 rows.

In Service Desk Manager the maximum number of rows that you can export by default is 5000. Can this be increased?

You may increase the value of "export_max_fetch_rows" to 10000 by following the below steps:
Login to Service Desk as an Administrator.
Click on Administration tab.
Expand option manager and then click on web.
At the right-pane, right click on export_max_fetch_rows and then click on Edit Button.
Now change the option value to 10000 and click on Save.
Recycle the services of Service Desk.
Note: The maximum value for "export_max_fetch_rows" can be up to 15000.
