Export button does not display the data which has more than 5000 rows.

Issue/Introduction

In Service Desk Manager the maximum number of rows that you can export by default is 5000. Can this be increased?

Resolution

You may increase the value of "export_max_fetch_rows" to 10000 by following the below steps:

  1. Login to Service Desk as an Administrator.
     
  2. Click on Administration tab.
     
  3. Expand option manager and then click on web.
     
  4. At the right-pane, right click on export_max_fetch_rows and then click on Edit Button.
     
  5. Now change the option value to 10000 and click on Save.
     
  6. Recycle the services of Service Desk.

Note: The maximum value for "export_max_fetch_rows" can be up to 15000.
