Issue/Introduction

Description:

We are experiencing agent in Missing status that causes job in pending status.

The agent return available after the restart.

The "csampmux status" returns only one listener.

The agent process and the socket adapter are both up.

Solution:

The solution is to increase the timeout for SSA ports 9000 and 49152-50176:

  1. $CSAM_SOCKADAPTER/bin/csamconfigedit portrange=49152-50176 PmuxConnectionTimeout=15
  2. $CSAM_SOCKADAPTER/bin/csamconfigedit port=9000 PmuxConnectionTimeout=15
  3. Stop all AutoSys services and csampmux and restart.
