Issue/Introduction

Description:

I have configured BOXI for Data Partition and Single Sign On (SSO) by following technical documents TEC484946 and TEC565067. However, when accessing a report from within the Service Desk Manager Reports tab or directly in Infoview on the remote BOXI server, a database login screen shows up (See image).After I enter the database credentials, the report is shown correctly.

Solution:

To prevent the Login screen from displaying, follow these steps:

  1. Copy the TrustedPrincipal.conf file from folder:

    $NX_ROOT\bopcfg\www\CATALINA_BASE\webapps\CAisd

    to folder:

    $NX_ROOT\CommonReporting3\BusinessObjectsEnterprise 12.0\win32_x86

  2. Recycle the BOXI services.
