I have configured BOXI for Data Partition and Single Sign On (SSO) by following technical documents TEC484946 and TEC565067. However, when accessing a report from within the Service Desk Manager Reports tab or directly in Infoview on the remote BOXI server, a database login screen shows up (See image).After I enter the database credentials, the report is shown correctly.
