Description:
When trying to start the CA connection Broker Service the following error is seen:
Failed to start: The CA Connection Broker service terminated with service-specific error 3 (0x3).
Solution:
The %CSAM_SOCKADAPTER%\log\* files should be reviewed.
Messages stating that the file libetpki_openssl_crypto.dll is not found has been seen.
The message is typically accurate in that the file is missing, in which case it should be restored from backup or copied from a similar version'ed working
system
or if the file is present the environment is incorrectly set.
Make sure ETPKIHOME is set and that %ETPKIHOME%\lib is also included in the PATH.
