Issue/Introduction

Customers may receive a CEE3250C message followed by a S047 abend when executing various functions using CSM or MSM. This problem has been encountered while attempting to perform different functions including creating a zFS dataset, initializing a zFS dataset, downloading a product, and deploying a product.

Release: 6.0 or 6.1 
Component: MSM

Cause

SYS1.SIEALNKE is not APF Authorized.

Resolution

Ensure that this dataset, which contains member IOEAGFMT, is APF Authorized.
If SYS1.SIEALNKE is not linklisted, but rather concatenated to a //STEPLIB DD, all libraries included in the STEPLIB concatenation must be APF Authorized as well.
