Issue/Introduction

Description:

When using CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM) Mobile Enabler, APRPOVE.LOG contains errors like: ERROR WorkflowManager 1509 Software (CAWF) not installed.

Solution:

CA SDM Mobile Enabler fetches Approval Tasks from:


  1. CA Workflow (NOTE: Check CA Support End of Support Notice for CA Workflow for SDM)
  2. CA Process Automation Manager (CA PAM)
  3. CA SDM's native Classic Workflow

If CA Workflow is not an installed option within SDM, the above message appears whenever the Approval App is accessed from CA SDM Mobile Enabler.

It is OK to ignore the message if you do not use CA Workflow option within CA SDM.
